Remembering Samuel Willenberg

The Who Do You Think You Are? production team are saddened by the passing of Samuel Willenberg, the last survivor of the Treblinka Death-Camp.


It was a great honour and privilege to meet and film with Samuel for Andrew Denton’s Who Do You Think You Are? episode. His appearance in this program had a powerful impact on all who watched, stimulating much reflection on this dark chapter in history. Samuel truly was an inspiring and noble man who will never be forgotten. ..
